The public relations game has forever changed.

Public relations is about the long game strategy. However, disruption reigns supreme in our industry with emerging technologies, evolving audiences, and ever-shifting media landscapes challenging traditional PR practices.

Join the PRSA Tri-State District at "Surviving Strategic Shifts: The Modern Era of PR" our annual District conference on Thursday, May 2 for a full day of keynotes, fireside chats, interstitial sessions and networking with peers and industry leaders. We’ve carefully crafted an incredible lineup of presenters who are prepared to arm you with new strategies, insights and actionable steps to take your PR game to the next level.

Whether you are a seasoned communicator or a rising star, this conference is your key to not only survive but thrive in this dynamic era.

During the conference we will also pay tribute to an industry professional who paved the way for so many in strategic communications and was an advocate and huge supporter of the PRSA Tri-State District, Michael Diamond.

Michael served as clinical assistant professor of integrated marketing and communications at New York University’s School of Professional Studies from July 1, 2018 to July 13, 2024. He passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 57 after a year-long battle with cancer. Michael's legacy lives on and continues with the NYU program and the many students he taught and touched.

Future-proof your PR strategy and learn how to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing media environment. Master the art of storytelling by discovering new ways to craft compelling narratives that resonate with your audience.
And finally embrace emerging technologies as we will explore the power of AI, social media analytics, data measurement and other cutting-edge tools to amplify your PR efforts.
